Tony is a great drummer.

He did not have Dennis as a teacher. Perhaps as a mentor but that was only after he broke onto the scene so to speak. Tony won the GC drum off when he was 11? He did watch Dennis' videos over and over and over and the influence is obvious but so what?

Also, Fuse was only kidding with his "he's not THAT good" comment. He was joking that he'd have to revert to those kinds of comments if faced with a drum "battle" with Tony.

Besides, who knows if Tony even WANTS to be some amazing freelance guy. I remember that article where he said he really wanted to be a Doctor! jeez, talk about options.

Again, great player no matter his age.

Altho i too like Lang, Mangini, & Minnemann, i totally understand what you are saying Joe about not having to worry about the olympics of technique & just simply enjoying the accompaniment of groovin' drumming with a piece of music.

About the "DrumFrame," sjj123, it is not a camera effect, but a drum rack mount system, which Will Kennedy has also endorsed.
